Raith’s Fine Foods may periodically change these terms and you should review them often.
This website can be accessed at www.raithsfinefoods.com and is owned and operated by Raith’s Fine Foods in partnership with Rosmead SUPERSPAR and TOPS.
These Website Terms and Conditions of Use govern the ordering, sale and delivery of Goods, and the use of the Website. These Terms and Conditions of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
These Terms and Conditions of Use are binding and enforceable against every person that accesses or uses this Website. By using the Website and by clicking on the “Register” button on the Website, as may be applicable, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.
By clicking on “Register” button and ordering alcohol, you warrant that you are over 18 years.
2. General Information

Raith’s Fine Foods Office operates from a Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17h00, we are closed currently over weekends and public holidays, but orders can still be placed and will be processed and delivered.
2.1 Registration and use of the website
Only registered users may order goods on the website and must be over the age of 18 years.
To register as a user, you must provide a unique username and password and provide certain information and personal details to Raith’s Fine Foods. You will need to use your unique username and password to access the website in order to purchase goods.
2.2 Conclusion of sales
The conclusion of sale is reached once payment have been received.
Placing goods in a wish list or shopping basket without completing the purchase cycle does not constitute an order for such goods. Goods may be removed from the shopping basket if stock is no longer available. Raith’s Fine Foods reserves the right to adjust pricing without prior notice to its customers.
We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities. All transactions are encrypted using the appropriate encryption technology in collaboration
Payment can be made for Goods via – YOCO
Raith’s Fine Foods will not accept your order if payment has not been received.
2.3 Availability of stock
All Goods on offer should be considered to be limited and pricing may change at any time without prior notice to you. We will take all reasonable steps to monitor stock levels and ensure that when stock is no longer available, that this is indicated on the Website. We cannot guarantee the availability of stock. When Goods are no longer available after you have placed an order, Raith’s Fine Foods will notify you and you will be entitled to a refund of any amount already paid by you for such Goods.
2.4 Lead Time of delivery after the Conclusion of sales
Orders currently only available in Cape Town, Stellenbosch,Franschhoek and Paarl, South Africa. For orders to other areas, please contact us directly.
Should orders be placed and payment be received before 12 pm during operating hours ( Monday to Thursday), then the orders will be delivered within 24-72 hours thereafter. Orders received Fridays, will be delivered Monday. We strive however to do a same day delivery or make the pick up option available.
Liquor may be ordered on Sunday, but delivery will only proceed on Monday as well as pick up option is only on Monday available.
This is excluding delivery of orders to outlying areas. Delivery time will be communicated individually.
2.5 Days of Delivery
Our days of delivery are 5 days a week, with some area’s being delivered to on a specific day. Friday orders will be delivered Monday.
The delivery will be done to the following areas:
- Atlantic Seaboard
- City Bowl
- Northern Suburbs
- Southern Suburbs
- South Peninsular
- West Coast
Delivery Times and price to the following areas will be communicated individually.

2.6 Requesting Specific Times of Deliveries
We will endeavour to deliver your goods at any requested time, however these time are not guaranteed. An employee from Raith’s Fine Foods office will been in contact with you to keep you updated, should there be any changes to the time of delivery you have requested.
If the order has been delivered and no person was at home, we will phone you to enquire. If there is no answer of you are not able to receive the goods the order will be taken back to the store. The order can either be picked up at Rosmead SUPERSPAR and TOPS or re-delivered for an additional delivery fee.
2.7 Cancellation of order
Prior to delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may cancel an order at any time provided you do so before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice. After delivery or your collection of the Goods, you may return the Goods only in accordance with the Returns Policy indicated below in point 3.
3. Return Policy
We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of our goods, or have any questions, please contact our office and have your invoice ready.
Goods must be returned to Rosmead SUPERSPAR, 67 Rosmead Avenue Kenilworth Cape Town during operating hours 08:00-20:00 Monday to Sunday with the original tax invoice.
Before returning please inform us at +27 79 296 7808, WA or email to email@example.com with your order details, so that we can issue you with a return receipt which you will have to hand it at Rosmead SUPERSPAR in order to exchange or return products. No cash refunds will be done at Rosmead SUPERSPAR. Refunds will be paid via card/EFT within 48 hours after return date and time.
We will refund the full price of any unsuitable goods in their original unopened packaging. Provided that have been stored at the correct temperature.
Dry Goods – below 18 degrees
Chilled goods – below 6 degrees
Frozen Goods – below -18 degrees
3.1 Incorrect item delivered or Goods damaged on arrival
Should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the website, please notify us within 48 hours. This can be done by contacting our sales team during operating hours Monday – Friday +27 79 296 7808 or via mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We will collect the product from you at no charge. T&C’s apply.
Please ensure that all goods that you wish to return are kept in their original packaging are stored at the correct temperature. We will then issue an upliftment note/return receipt and collect the goods from you. Once the goods have been uplifted and inspected the refund will be processed.
Your delivery agents are not authorized to accept goods for return.
3.2 Goods missing from your delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that all the goods received match the tax invoice supplied by the driver. At the time of delivery if you notice that something is missing, please report it to the driver and note it down on the invoice. Our office will contact you to arrange delivery of the missing goods.
4. Exchange of Information
We will not, without your express consent, use your personal information for any purpose other than as set out below:
4.1 in relation to the ordering, sale and delivery of Goods;
4.2 to inform you of new products or website features, special offers and promotions
4.3 to improve our customer service, basket selection or your experience on our Website though customer questionnaires and surveys
